Simple process
Send the details you already have. We will help identify the likely pathway, the documents council may expect, and the next step that makes sense for your project.
See how we workShare the address, photos, plans, council letter or a clear description of what you want to do.
We help check whether the next step is consent documentation, CoA evidence, council support or feasibility review.
Drawings, specifications, compliance notes and consultant inputs are coordinated around the council question.
If council asks for more information, the response is structured around the issue, not guesswork.
Where something is lodged, council confirms the outcome—such as granting the consent or certificate, accepting the response, or identifying any final conditions or further action required.

Independent proof
Building consent work can affect cost, timing, insurance, saleability and the final council outcome. Before you move forward, you should be able to verify who is advising you.
ArchSolutioNZ keeps the key proof points easy to find: NZRAB registration, client-approved project stories, reviews and public business profiles.

Common questions
If the work has not started yet, it usually needs a building consent before construction begins. If the work is already built without consent, a Certificate of Acceptance is the council's route to regularise it. Our free feasibility report helps you identify which pathway applies before you spend money on drawings.
Every project is quoted as a fixed fee based on its scope, so you know the cost before we start. Extra fees only arise when the scope genuinely changes, and we flag those before any additional work is done.
Yes. We support building owners and property managers across New Zealand, working remotely with your council, builder and consultants. Most of the process runs online, with site documentation handled by your existing team to our brief.
An NZ Registered Architect (NZRAB registration 6195) leads every project. Drawings, specifications and compliance notes are prepared under that supervision, with consultant inputs coordinated around the council's questions.
A request for information means council needs more evidence or clarity before it can progress the application. We review the RFI, identify what is actually missing, and prepare a structured response so the consent moves forward rather than sitting on hold.
